Wage increase after completion of the "Job Coach Work Integration (FPE)" course
The Federal Professional Examination for Job Coaches provides you with in-depth specialist knowledge and skills. This qualifies you to carry out more responsible tasks independently and to take on your first management tasks. Obtaining a Federal Diploma of Higher Education therefore increases your chances of a salary increase.
