The SVF Leadership Certificate is the basic course and a prerequisite for all further training levels in the area of leadership. The SVF Leadership Certificate certifies proven leadership skills. The examination is divided into a written block and an oral block, which take place twice a year in March and September. The written examinations take two days and the oral examinations take place over a period of around 14 days.
