My name is Franziska Tosoni. I am the mother of two grown-up children. I am employed and self-employed in the cleaning sector. I am currently building up a new foothold, as I can no longer return to my original profession in the medical field as a dental assistant. I've been away from that for too long.
I came across the PHOENIX School because I wanted to build on my previous experience and do something meaningful in the future. I came across the school by chance and discovered the wide range of training and further education courses on offer. This really fascinated me. To get to know the school better, I first attended a weekend course on death energy. This is a difficult subject for many people - but I had already had my experiences, which I had unfortunately experienced without training. Personally, this helped me a lot to look at certain things with the necessary distance. It was fascinating to see how the students at the PHOENIX school interact with each other and what the atmosphere was like. This inspired me so much that I then attended a smoking course and signed up for the life coach training.
I chose to train as a life coach because I can round off my existing experience with good training. This allows me to help people the most, not only with theory, but also through my own experiences.
Training as a life coach helps me to realize many things differently. The knowledge I gained from the life coach training has made my everyday life calmer, as I no longer doubt myself so often. Before, I always had doubts in stressful situations, even though I was able to deal with them well in the end. Today I can make decisions more calmly and get things done. I am also calmer when dealing with other people and can give clearer information or express wishes. I can now do this with fewer words than before. I am also more relaxed when dealing with my two teenagers than I used to be. You grow with your challenges. As soon as you apply what you've learned, it makes a big difference. I wouldn't want to do without it.
When we have had a longer break in the life coach course and are then allowed back to school, I really look forward to it. I wouldn't have thought that possible before. But it really is. You look forward to everyone coming back together in the Life Coach course. It starts with a coffee together after a tough week on Saturday and a quarter to nine. And it's already warm and fun again... It's just lovely. It goes on like this throughout the day during the life coach course. Even with difficult topics where you have to deal with yourself. Or in a group where you didn't know the other people beforehand, the atmosphere is always nice. You feel safe and protected. It's simply "homely" - I can't put the feeling into words any other way. It gives me goosebumps. Because it's a feeling I've never experienced before. And I've never experienced it like this in other training or further training courses.
There were certainly challenging moments during the life coach training. But I know really challenging moments from my own life. Life coach training, on the other hand, is not a matter of life and death. I always have a trainer in front of me and a group behind me, who also give me the space to try things out. If I get stuck myself, I know that someone is there to help me. I am not left alone in the misery of living through a memory, but am also brought out of it again. And not, as I had already experienced, with the statement "You'll just have to deal with it." That doesn't happen in life coach training, it's a well-rounded experience and you go home with a good feeling. I always felt that way in any case.
Definitely, yes. If you have something that makes it easier to deal with yourself and others, that automatically improves your quality of life.
I found Sterbeenergetic extremely exciting. A very difficult topic for many people. But for me, who accompanied her husband to his death because he was very ill, it was good to revisit this topic in this context. It also brought me a lot of peace of mind, as I now know that I did everything I could. And that was OK. We came with the idea that it was about death and end-of-life care. Nevertheless, as well as crying, we also laughed a lot.
There were so many small and big things that were important to me on the life coach course, but which I find difficult to put into words. It was always step by step. You only really notice it when you look back. In certain situations, you realize that you would have reacted differently in the past. Taking the time for this reflection is rather difficult at the moment during life coach training. It would make you realize why you act differently today. But overall, the life coach course has of course also been extremely beneficial for me.
Excuse me, I wouldn't want to be standing there! (laughs)
The life coach training courses at the PHOENIX School really gave me the joy. I was also able to make plans for myself on how I want to implement it and pass it on to people. Some things still need time and I still have to wait, but I have a well-thought-out plan that I will continue to work out and refine over the rest of the training. But that's fun. I can see that this is going to work out well and that I can manage it well. And I will also be able to help other people with it. That's why I don't even want to imagine what it would be like for me without life coach training.
In addition to my self-employed work in the cleaning business, I would also like to offer this service. Because my goal is not to still be climbing up and down the stairs with a cleaning bucket at the age of 65. But neither do I want to expand the business and have lots of employees to look after. I really want to use what I've experienced, my experiences and my further training to help other people as a life coach. Because that's exactly what I enjoy doing. It benefits me and others too.
The Life Coach course is suitable for anyone who wants to take a serious look at themselves. Regardless of whether you want to use it for others afterwards, you do it first and foremost for yourself. Because only when you have got it right for yourself can you pass it on to others as a life coach.
There were a number of key moments in the life coach training. You get an accurate answer to many things that you didn't expect at all. It happens more often that certain things suddenly make sense. Even things that you learned in the past but never really understood become coherent and tangible in a different context. I am of course very grateful for moments like that.
