Solution-focused coaching: Solution-focused conversation techniques for managers, consultants or therapists

Solution-focused coaching is used efficiently as a further development of talk therapy as an approach in family therapy or as a constructive conversation technique to professionalize one's own leadership role. With the second idea - use what is there - the solution-oriented coach focuses on existing resources. The skills and competencies are used for change and to try out alternative behaviors - also by involving other people in the environment. The third idea is about finding out what works well. The aim is to try out new things and play through possible alternatives as pragmatic, creative options for action. Always with a focus on what works in the present and the strategies derived from this for the future. We try things out until the solution works - without questioning unsuccessful solution strategies too much.
