Der Kurs fand ich sehr gut sowie die Referenten und die Kursteilnehmer. Es war interessant Kursteilnehmer vom Wallis und von Bern.

Spannender Lehrgang mit viel Inputs. Sehr gute Übungen. Da das Thema Resilienz ein langwieriger Prozess ist, hat man nicht wie bei anderen Kursen sofort etwas was man umsetzen kann/ sichtbare Ergebnisse. Aber es wird alles angeschaut
