- 2 years of professional experience in technical customer service (workload of 100%)

What are the requirements for continuing education, further training as a technical customer service manager?
In order for participants in continuing education, further training in customer service to be able to register for the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) for Head of Technical Customer Service / Service with a federal diploma, they must fulfill the following conditions by the time they take the examination:
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Federal VET Diploma) or an equivalent qualification
and
- 5 years of professional experience in technical customer service, including 3 years in a management position

Continuing education, further training in customer service can take different lengths of time depending on the degree you choose.
