Wingwave training online takes place via a tool or online lessons. The topic can also be taught via virtual training. A direct exchange with specific questions can also take place in this way. However, participants need a PC or laptop and internet access. In some cases, a camera and a headset are also required.

In wingwave therapy, it is important to know that the stimulation of both hemispheres of the brain in both EMDR and wingwave® coaching is not carried out exclusively via eye movements. As a rule, attempts are also made to address other sensory organs and auditory and tactile left-right stimulation of the brain is also used. A special wingwave® music has even been developed for wingwave®. Wingwave side effects are rare. Individuals may not respond well to the method, making it difficult to carry out. Somatic or emotional side effects may occur. However, the method is considered effective and has few side effects.

The method is a protected procedure and has already been examined in studies at the University of Hamburg and Hannover Medical School. It was shown that just two hours of wingwave® coaching can transform speech anxiety and stage fright into presentation confidence and a joyful performance.

The wingwave method was developed for the treatment of post-traumatic stress. The coach makes rapid horizontal movements with their fingers and hands in front of the client's eyes, which the client follows with their eyes.
