The most important special feature of transactional analysis (TA) is that it is a cross-directional method and can therefore be used independently of the field of work, roles, tasks and problems and issues and leads to greater autonomy, relaxation, clarity and effectiveness.

TA is a scientifically recognized theory and method for professionalization and personal development. It deals with topics such as communication, conflict resolution, relationship management, leadership, developing potential, crisis management, burnout prevention, strengthening resilience and resilience, stress management, psychology and the human experience, etc.,

Accordingly, TA is suitable for people who work with people, accompany them, guide them, support them, advise them, etc.

Target group:

TA is suitable for people in psychosocial, counseling, nursing and educational professions, in profit and non-profit companies, in management and human resources.

• Introductory course in TA "101" (3-day seminar)
• 1 year continuing education, further training in methodological competence in transactional analysis (20 days per year)
• 3-year basic training in transactional analysis (20 days per year - 1 year of methodological competence + 2 years of practical competence):
  The basic training is subsidized by the federal government with 50% of the course costs in the case of a later graduation with a Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in psychosocial counselling.
• (Group) supervision for professional development in counseling, leadership, etc.
• Script seminars to release destructive patterns (in behavior, thinking, feeling, etc.)
• Further seminars on request
