Salary increase after completion of the "Expert in Accounting and Controlling" course
The federal diploma as an expert in accounting and controlling often enables you toAssumption of a higher management position,of a management position or the personnel and technical management of the finance and accounting department. This is also reflected in the salary development. The majority of participants receive a salary in the first two years after completing their continuing education, further training.usually up to 30% more pay.
In individual cases, the development of the salary as an expert in accounting and controlling depends on other criteria such as industry, region, company or previous education, professional experience and age of the applicant. We would be happy to show you an example to make the calculation easier.

Laura works diligently even under great time pressure. Her supervisor appreciates her organizational skills, her trustworthiness and her ability to work in a team. Laura also has a great desire to get to grips with new account plans, statistics and budget figures. In order to deepen her knowledge of controlling, accounting, corporate finance and taxes, she would like to attend continuing education, further training to become an expert in accounting and controlling. With the Expert in Accounting and Controlling course, Laura would like to develop into a competent contact person for business management, accounting and financial planning issues. After obtaining her federal diploma, she would like to take on a management position in order to design a company's accounting and set up controlling systems. After completing the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in Accounting and Controlling, Laura will have new opportunities on the job market and better earning potential.
Financial benefits of continuing education, further training Experts in accounting and controlling
As an expert in accounting and controlling, Laura will receive CHF 2,476 more per month than before and will therefore have at least CHF 1.14 million more at her disposal by the time she retires than if she had not taken this continuing education, further training and Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE).
As this theoretical calculation does not take into account any further salary increases, promotions or interest on savings, the salary can still increase significantly.
