23-year-old Lena works as a Federal VET Diploma real estate clerk in a renowned real estate company in Kriens. She really enjoys working in the fiduciary, management and administration of real estate. Her good communication skills, negotiating skills and great flexibility are highly valued in the company. Lena prepares balance sheets and income statements. She interprets these payments in discussions with clients and defines appropriate measures together. Together with the client, Lena sets budgets for investments, depreciation, wages and taxes. Lena documents these discussions in writing. In future, however, Lena would like to act more as a link between homeowners and tenants. To this end, she would like to complete continuing education, further training as a real estate marketer. Lena will learn how to create market analyses and real estate market concepts. She would also like to buy and sell residential and investment properties and commercial space on behalf of clients. To this end, Lena is attending continuing education, further training as a real estate marketer. This Federal Professional Examination covers the subjects of law, construction knowledge, real estate marketing and real estate sales. Lena learns negotiation and consulting skills, property analysis and mandate acquisition in the federal certificate as a real estate marketer. Financial benefits of continuing education, further training as a real estate marketer
As a real estate marketer, Lena will receive CHF 1,483 more per month than before and will therefore have at least CHF 721,000 more at her disposal by the time she retires than if she had not done any continuing education, further training.
