Questions and answers

The ITIL 4 Foundation exam is described as beginner-friendly, especially in comparison to more advanced IT certifications. Even people without in-depth IT knowledge can pass it with a little preparation. It contains 40 multiple-choice questions, 26 of which must be correct in order to pass.
