Calculation of the possible salary increase with the acquisition of the federal certificate as a communications specialist

Sandra, 22 years old, completed an apprenticeship as a businesswoman with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) and worked for three years in a small full-service advertising agency in Chur, where she earned around CHF 3,600 a month.

When one of her colleagues, a communications specialist, resigned and his position could not be filled seamlessly, she took on some of his tasks.
