It makes sense to complete the SVF Certificate in Management afterwards, where you will learn more about general management, personnel management and change management. With both certificates and six years of professional experience as well as one year of management experience, you can take the professional examination to become a management specialist with a federal certificate.

The examination is divided into a written block and an oral block, which take place twice a year in March and September. The written examinations take two days and the oral examinations take place over a period of around 14 days. Seven modules are tested: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Conflict Management, Presentation, Self-Knowledge, Self-Management and Leading a Team/Group.

The objectives of the SVF Leadership Examination training are:
