How long do the mental training courses last and how much do they cost?

The basic training courses in mental training vary in scope, i.e. some include coaching, marketing and other topics in addition to mental knowledge and techniques in the narrower sense. The course duration and costs vary accordingly.

Basic level:

• The most compact courses last 2 days and cost around CHF 460.
• Courses with 5-10 days of classroom instruction (in one go or spread over a few weeks) cost around CHF 2,600-3,300.
• Training courses with 12 to 20 days of classroom instruction (spread over up to 1 year) cost around CHF 4,000-4,500.

Advanced level:

• Courses of 8-16 days (spread over up to 1/2 year) cost approx. CHF 2,500-6,500.

Additional time:In addition to classroom teaching, some courses also include self-study units in the form of online modules. The time required for self-study and final examinations (exams, theses) is several times longer than the attendance time, depending on the course and type of degree.

Additional costs:Additional costs of several hundred francs are sometimes incurred for enrollment, teaching materials, examination, assessment of the diploma thesis and the diploma exhibition.
