Metal construction workshop and assembly managers are employed in façade construction, metal construction and steel construction companies. They hold managerial positions in the assembly and workshop, where they work in operations, project and production management. In the middle loader, they manage their employees and apprentices and ensure that all work in product manufacture and assembly runs smoothly. They monitor the work, are responsible for staff scheduling and meeting deadlines, materials management and the maintenance of vehicles and workshop equipment. They also carry out practical work on steel and aluminum profile systems independently.
How many years of professional experience do workshop and assembly managers FPE need?
A Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Vocational Education and Training) as a metalworker or equivalent qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience in metal construction after completing the basic training are required for the course in assembly management with Federal Diploma of Higher Education.
