This subject area covers, among other things, the income tax of natural persons, wealth tax, cantonal taxes and types and bases of taxation in accordance with the DBG and StHG. Topics such as the taxation of legal entities, profit and capital tax of corporations and withholding tax (in accordance with the VStG) are also dealt with in depth. - Right:
The focus here is on specific contractual relationships in the Code of Obligations, company law and debt collection and bankruptcy law. The aim is to be able to confidently classify and apply legal relationships in fiduciary practice. - Linking and deepening:
This subject combines tax and legal topics. It is about applying the knowledge acquired in practical case studies and more complex issues, in particular through the third-party comparison principle and cross-divisional analyses.

- At least two years of general professional experience
- Good written and spoken German (level C1)
- In addition, for admission to the final examination: regular attendance at classes of at least 80%.
