A specialist in business organization course lasts two to three semesters, depending on the training provider and teaching form. It comprises approx. 300 lessons. Lessons take place two evenings a week, one afternoon/evening or all day on a weekday and/or Saturday.

Graduates of the certificate have a high level of expertise in project, structure and process management. They are able to take on complex organizational tasks at the overall organizational level in small to medium-sized companies and at the organizational unit level in larger companies. Solid business management knowledge, knowledge of ICT and change management and the ability to manage social business processes (consulting skills) round off the skills profile.
