Roberto, 23 years old at the time, worked for a small coach company in Basel-Stadt with 10 employees after completing his commercial apprenticeship with BM1. With his commercial apprenticeship and 5 years of professional experience, he earned CHF 4,651 per month.

Roberto has now been doing his more demanding job for 3 years. He currently earns CHF 5,427 per month,which corresponds to a wage increase of just under 17%.
