Earlier professional qualifications can also be retroactively certified according to the European standard at least 10 years in the past. As a sales director, the sales manager qualification with a federal diploma is internationally comparable, understandable and recognized. The Sales Director corresponds to an additional diploma as a Bachelor's degree with international recognition.

Gut strukturierte Ausbildung. Schade, dass die hybride Lösung nicht bei allen Dozenten gleich gern ausgeführt wird. Der Kurs wurde hybrid ausgeschrieben, dann kann es nicht sein das, wenn Teilnehmer online sind seitens Dozenten eine ablehnende Haltung spürbar ist. Bezug zur Praxis kann noch gesteigert werden.

Detailhandelsspezialistin --> 2017, Verkaufsleiter --> bin ich noch dran. Ich habe mich bei der zweiten Weiterbildung bewusst für die SIU entschieden, da ich mit den allgemeinen Konzept und den Dozenten der SIU sehr zufrieden bin und auch war. Der Verkaufsleiter wird leider nur in Olten oder Zürich angeboten. Zürich ist leider mit dem Auto nicht immer so einfach, der viele Verkehr und die Parkplatz Suche. Hier finde ich es super, das die Parkkarten bei euch bezogen werden können.

Die Erwartung an SIU war, dass Sie mir die Möglichkeit gaben alles zu erlernen, dies war sicher gegeben, Dozenten waren sehr Hilfsbereit. - Was mich aber am meisten gestört hat ist, dass bei wichtigen Sachen wie Prüfungssimulation keine Unterlagen da waren (Beilagen zum fall), obwohl man wusste dass dieses Datum schon lange fixiert war. - Wir haben ja Controlling erlernt was hier aber 2 mal nicht gemacht wurde von der Schule. Auch bei den kleinen Simulationen waren unterlagen nicht aufbereitet oder man musste umstellen. Man wurde auch zum Teil spät informiert bei Änderungen. - Der Kurs ''Open Book'' war für mich nicht zu gebrauchen, ich erhoffte mir eigentlich von der Schule kleine Tips und Tricks wie stelle ich einen zusammen und wie kann ich ihn einsetzten an der Prüfung,, man hatte sicher Erfahrungen aus den Vorgänger Klasse dies hätte sicher weitergegeben werden können. Für mich was das Preisleistungsverhältnisse nicht gegeben, war auf Empfehlung bei Euch.

Die Schulleitung hört aus meiner Sicht zu wenig zu und ist auch zu wenig im Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden. Bei den schriftlichen Prüfungssimulationen fehlten bei beiden Prüfungen die Beilagen. Das Sekretariat musste die Beilagen zuerst organisieren, nach 20 Minuten konnte ein Teilnehmer die Unterlagen liefern, nicht das Sekretariat.

Die Handlungsfelder sollten durchmischt sein, da man vernetzte Denken verlangt, sollte es auch nicht sein, dass man das Handlungsfeld abschliesst und dann über 3/4 Jahr nicht mehr repetiert. Coronabedingt musste von Präsenz- zu Onlineunterricht umgestellt werden. Den Stundenplan hätte man für den Onlineunterricht anpassen aollen.

Die Schule ist top. Ich kann die Ausbildung zum eidg. dipl. Verkaufsleiter jedem empfehlen, ebenso die MBSZ als Lehrinstitut. Mir ist die ganze Zeit nie die Freude am Lernen vergangen. Und dies, obwohl ich vorher schon ein NDS HF, auch an der MBSZ, absolvierte.

Sehr persönliche Betreuung, gute Vorbereitung auf die Eidg. Habe schon 3 andere Weiterbildungen absolviert bei unterschiedlichen Schulen und die MBSZ war im Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis mit Abstand die Beste Schule. Sehr kommunikativ und transparent. Man gibt sich sehr viel Mühe im Administrativen und das Niveau der Dozenten ist meist recht hoch.

Die Organisation war gut. Für mich wäre jedoch die Anordung der Stunden oder der verschiedenen Fächer anders besser gelöst. Ich würde an Eurer Stelle küntig im Sommer für jedes Fach einen Repetionsabend machen vor den Ferien. Mafo und DM (Social Media) war sehr früh abgeschlossen und gerade in diesen Fächern wäre es sicherlich gut gewesen, dass wir nochmals einen Repetionsaben gehabt hätten. Die internen Prüfunen waren ebenfalls ehr gut. Es hat uns gezeigt, wo wir stehen.

Durch den Lehrgang welcher 1.5 Jahre dauert, hat man genügend Zeit nicht nur auf die eidg. Prüfung zu trainieren (Fallstudien), sondern auch viel Theoretisches Wissen anzueignen. Es war für mich die richtige Wahl, den Lehrgang an der HKV zu absolvieren.
