My name is Ursula Rolli and I have been working full-time as a solution-oriented coach and conflict coach with my company "ROLLICOACHING" for over 10 years. I have been running the DEINSEMINAR technical college since 2014. I completed my basic commercial training at a business school. At the age of 30, I took my first step into self-employment by founding, setting up and managing a fitness center and was responsible for 20 employees and the provision of services for 700 customers. During this time, I was confronted with various conflicts and how to resolve them. That's why I wanted to continue my training in the field of conflict management. My qualifications are characterized by coaching diplomas as a solution-oriented coach, conflict coach, business coach and the SVEB certificate as a course instructor. Today, I am passionate about teaching people the tools of solution-oriented and constructive communication. The training lasts 4 months and takes place in 3 modules of 1.5 days each plus an additional examination day. It costs a total of CHF 1,890.00 including extensive training materials (CHF 1,690.00 without the diploma examination). In order to be awarded the diploma, a minimum attendance of 90 percent, a completed group project in the form of a 10-minute topic presentation, at least two coaching setting certificates, a completed reflection paper on two coaching settings and a practical examination of a conflict coaching setting must be fulfilled.
We are moving into bright, spacious premises in Kirchberg BE on 1.8.2020, four minutes by car from the A1 exit Kirchberg BE or four minutes' walk from the Kirchberg-Alchenflüh SBB train station. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. You can therefore reach us easily and conveniently by public transport or by car. There are catering and accommodation facilities in the stately, charismatic "Dorfmitte" building, which dates back to the eighteenth century. This is why our training and further education courses are attended by people from all over German-speaking Switzerland.
We focus on the concerns and goals of each individual participant. DEINSEMINAR stands for high quality, high individualization in familiar course sizes as well as intensive teaching and work. For quality reasons, the number of participants is limited to 14. Our conflict coaching training lasts 4.5 days of intensive instruction spread over 4 months in a balanced ratio of theory and practice. Course participants learn the tools and measures for conflict coaching. They apply these immediately during the training in order to prepare themselves optimally for later application in their own area of activity.
