My name is Ursula Rolli and I am passionate about coaching. I originally graduated from a business school with a business degree. At the age of 30, I took the plunge into self-employment by founding, setting up and managing a fitness center with 20 employees. During this time (over 10 years), I acted as a coach, service provider, manager, salesperson and consultant all rolled into one. I became increasingly interested in topics related to communication, psychology, leadership skills and behavior. So I retrained myself. My qualifications in the field of coaching consist of the titles dipl. solution-oriented coach, dipl. conflict coach, dipl. business coach and course instructor with SVEB certificate. I have now been working full-time for over 10 years as a solution-oriented coach and process facilitator with my company "ROLLICOACHING". I have been running the DEINSEMINAR technical school since 2014. It is my passion to teach people the tools of solution-oriented and constructive conversation management and I would be very happy if I could welcome you to our solution-oriented coaching training.

Our participants want to acquire in-depth knowledge of personality profiles and improve their skills in dialog with people. They want to learn how to use conversation techniques efficiently, work together in groups in an interdisciplinary manner and conduct convincing consultations and negotiations. The personality coach training is aimed at people who want to accompany and support other people in development and change processes. This includes those who would like to work as a solution-oriented coach in the future. The personality coaching training is therefore aimed in particular at managers, teachers, HR managers, social professions, customer advisors, salespeople and people who want to develop themselves or offer personality coaching and process support as a service. All persons who are at least 22 years old, have completed vocational training, have a high level of social competence and are willing to self-reflect are eligible.

The DEINSEMINAR diploma is SCA-recognized (Swiss Professional Association for Coaching), as it is a comprehensive, in-depth coaching training course. In our coach training you will learn:
The training lasts 9 months and takes place in 9 modules of 1.5 days each. It costs a total of CHF 4,890 including textbooks (CHF 4,690 without the diploma examination). In order to be awarded the diploma, a minimum attendance of 90 percent (12 full course days), a completed group project in the form of a 10-minute topic presentation, a successfully completed written intermediate test in module 8, at least two coaching setting certificates up to module 7, a completed reflection paper on two coaching settings carried out and a practical examination of a coaching setting must be fulfilled.
From 1.8.2020 we will be located in Kirchberg BE, in bright, spacious premises in the stately, homeland-protected and charismatic "Dorfmitte" building from the eighteenth century. Four minutes by car from the A1 exit Kirchberg BE or four minutes on foot from the Kirchberg-Alchenflüh SBB train station. We are therefore easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. There is ample free parking available and we offer in-house catering and overnight accommodation for long-distance travelers from all over German-speaking Switzerland.
The concerns and goals of each individual participant are important to us. We stand for high quality and intensive tuition. The informal course size allows for a high degree of individualization and intensive work. For quality reasons, the number of participants is limited to 14. Our solution-oriented coaching training lasts 13.5 days of intensive tuition spread over 9 months in a balanced mix of practice and theory. Course participants learn the tools of the coaching trade, apply them immediately and are thus optimally prepared for use in their field of activity. The personal benefit of our participants is our priority and we also accompany him or her into self-employment if this is desired.
The advantages of training as a personality coach at DEINSEMINAR are the practice-oriented teaching, familiar learning environment and learning content that can be implemented and applied immediately.
