When we talk about mindful leadership, we mean an inner attitude of mindfulness of a leader towards themselves. This attitude is intended to increase awareness and enable a new style of leadership. In particular, the aim is for managers who find themselves in a constant field of tension between themselves, their employees and the shared company environment to develop an authentic attitude. This makes it possible to perceive the current state and moment unfiltered and to communicate what they perceive with courage and more self-confidence. This creates an open, trusting culture that is characterized by appreciation. This authentic and open interaction can be created by any person, but in most cases it must be exemplified. Managers who lead mindfully enable a benevolent, transparent and trusting team and corporate culture.

The development of a mindful culture of trust always requires someone to lead the way, it requires courageous pioneers who face themselves and recognize their own mental and emotional patterns. This in turn enables a clear perspective even in tense situations or under pressure and good self-management. This in turn leads to the ability to better recognize and lead other people and to deal with them in such a way that a trusting relationship can develop.

In a training course on mindful leadership, participants learn how to deal responsibly with people and resources in the company and how to promote them in a targeted manner.
