My name is Mirjam Fischer-Bodmer and I am the course leader and lecturer for the HR Assistant course at the Interlaken bzi training center. My subjects are personnel development, personnel management, personnel marketing, communication, social skills and personnel administration. My professional background consists of administrative and accounting activities in various companies, assistant and marketing manager of a branch office. Today I am self-employed in the field of personnel management. Before that, I worked for more than 15 years as Head of Human Resources at a bank. All these positions have shaped me with a strong customer and service orientation. I have a quick grasp of things and an efficient, goal-oriented and precise way of working. I bring creativity and common sense to my work at the Interlaken bzi training center and as a lecturer for personnel assistants and HR assistants, always finding pragmatic solutions. I have classic qualifications as a marketing planner, teacher, HR specialist with a federal certificate, HR manager / HR expert, qualified Head of Human Resources HF and Master Management (application and interpretation of the Master Expert job and personality profiles). As additional further training, I have completed a Cantonal Bank HR specialist seminar, leadership seminars, licensed etiquette trainer / image consultant, the HR coach certificate, authorized motivational consultant for the MotivStrukturAnalyse MSA and the Management Excellence Program ZfU. In all my training and further education courses, I was able to acquire specialist knowledge in education, human resources and leadership. I can pass on this knowledge to HR assistants as a specialist lecturer.
In the area of human resources, we want to create a solid foundation for HR work with the knowledge imparted. With the training, we promote the perception of the role as HR assistant, the development of social skills as well as security and confidence for daily HR work. Successful graduates acquire skills and learn to routinely solve job-specific tasks.
