Who are you and what do you do for a living?

My name is André Poltera. At the BZWU continuing education school, I am responsible for the HR assistant and HR administrator courses and the HR specialist certificate. I worked in HR for over 30 years - first in an industrial company and then for many years at UBS in St. Gallen.
