Sports massage training is basically suitable for all interested people who want to use massage techniques in a targeted and professional manner to relieve hardening and tension in the muscles and fasciae and thus contribute to faster regeneration after sport.

Depending on the scope of the sports massage training course, there are different levels of depth. For example, a one-day course offers an introduction to the methodology and shows special massage techniques for loosening the muscles before and after sport. The benefits of sports massage as well as indications and contraindications are also explained.
