Sales specialists plan sales activities and take on all tasks up to the realization of the sale. They develop sales concepts taking into account the company's sales targets. By taking on control and coordination tasks, they relieve the burden on sales management. A core task of sales specialists is the development, maintenance and expansion of new and existing customer relationships. The course teaches how to conduct customer meetings and sales negotiations, prepare customer quotations, manage complaints and carry out sales checks. With this preparation for the professional examination, you will acquire all the important specialist knowledge for a job as a sales specialist.
Sales specialists with a federal certificate: professional sales in internal and external sales or in key account management
Sales specialists can independently take on all sales-related tasks in internal and external sales or in key account management. They design and implement personal sales on the basis of defined quantitative and qualitative targets. They take responsibility for achieving targets in their sales area. Thanks to their comprehensive knowledge of economics and business management, sales specialists with a federal certificate are able to correctly assess their environment and develop optimal solutions for their customers. The sales specialist course is divided into four levels:
- Overview of all instruments and methods in marketing and sales
- Common basic part: self- and project management, conducting analyses, realizing market performance, designing communication and distribution
- two specializations of sales professionals: Marketing or Sales
- Exam training to prepare for the oral and written exams
The course is aimed at people who work in marketing and sales and would like to develop into commercial managers at middle management level. With this professional development course, nothing stands in your way with in-depth sales expertise. Admission to the sales specialist professional examination is open to people with an EFZ, commercial secondary school diploma, secondary school diploma, technical secondary school diploma or high school diploma with more than two years of relevant professional experience.
