The HR assistant training course (formerly known as HR assistant training) enables you to enter the world of human resources. The further training in personnel administration concludes with an HRSE certificate from the Human Resources Swiss Exams association. Insgesamt war die Weiterbildung von vielen positiven Aspekten geprägt, wie etwa den kompetenten und gut vorbereiteten Dozentinnen, die den Lernstoff verständlich und praxisnah vermittelt haben. Leider gab es auch einige weniger erfreuliche Punkte. Es ist bedauerlich, dass der erste Unterrichtsabend hauptsächlich aus Kennenlernen und einer Fragerunde bestand, was man effizienter per E-Mail hätte abwickeln können, um direkt mit den Inhalten zu beginnen. Darüber hinaus gab es Dozentinnen, die lediglich ihre Präsentationen ablasen und gestellte Fragen oft erst in der darauffolgenden Lektion beantworteten. Dies ist problematisch, da die Abstände zwischen den Lektionen teilweise so groß sind, dass die Antworten entweder bereits selbst beschafft oder nicht mehr relevant waren. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ausserordentlich praxisnahen Beispiele der Dozentinnen, die einen hervorragenden Einblick in aktuelle Themen und reale berufliche Situationen gaben. Ich empfehle die Schule gerne weiter

Es war sehr lehrreich. Es war sehr "familiär" und die Dozenten haben sich für jede einzelne Person Zeit genommen, super. Manchmal war es ein klein wenig chaotisch organisiert, aber es war auch ein spezielles Jahr wegen Corona. Im Grossen und Ganzen war es super. Ein weiterer Kurs würde ich bei Ihnen sicher machen, falls es sich ergibt.

Im grossen und ganzen bin ich mit meinem Lehrgang sehr zu frieden. Wir hatten eine kleine Klasse von 10 Personen, was ich super fand und viel profitieren könnte. Unser Start war bereits etwas komisch, da am Anfang nicht klar war ob der Kurs stattfindet oder nicht. Zudem hatten wir einen Lehrerwechsel, was zu diversen Terminfindungsproblemen führte. Was wir aber im Nachhinein super lösen könnten und auch kein Problem war. Zum Schluss kam noch Covid-19, nach langem hin und her wird uns das Diplom von Edupool jetzt so vergeben. Mir ist klar das es von allen Verständniss braucht. Jedoch bin ich von Edupool entäuscht, weil die Informationen schlecht waren und es an Engagement fehlte. Die WST finde ich eine gute Schule und würde wieder eine Weiterbildung absolvieren.

Die WST ist eine sehr engagierte Wirtschaftsschule. Sie informiert jeweils rechtzeitig und die Lehrgangsteilnehmenden wurden stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Zu Beginn etwas viele administrative Missgeschicke (u.a. falsche Namensschilder für Teilnehmende oder nicht vorhanden, zu wenig Schulmaterial), aber es wurde sich rasch darum gekümmert. Sehr gute Unterstützung während Lockdown, rasche Umstellung auf Onlineunterricht und sehr viel Engagement bei Prüfungsabsage. Flexibel in Bezug auf die Verschiebung der Integration. Vielen lieben Dank.

Für mich war der Kurs eine harte aber gute Zeit. Hart, weil ich nicht mehr gewohnt war, in der Freizeit zu lernen. Und gut, weil ich nette Kurskolleginnen hatte. Ich mag mich daran erinnern, dass es Unterschiede zwische den Referenten gab, was die Methodik betraf. Für den Kompakt-Lehrgang Personalassistentin (für mich als erfahrene Personalerin) war der Lehrgang in Ordnung. Ich habe mich für die Fortsetzung der HR-Fachfrau, dann doch für eine andere Schule in Zürich entschieden.

Für die Schule sicher ein guter Zug, da man mehr Schüler an den HR Fachleute Lehrgang anschliessen kann, aber im Grundsatz könnte man sich die Samstage sparen und in ein Selbststudium investieren.

Aufgrund der Abschlussprüfung kann ich sagen, dass die allg. Personaladministration viel mehr behandelt werden sollte.

Die Lehrmittel sind viel zu spät gekommen. Die Mehrheit der Lehrpersonen war wirklich super! Es gab Lehrpersonen, welche einfach nicht kompetent waren und den sachverhalt jeweils falsch eingeschätzt haben. Es wurde sehr viel Privates geredet, was für mich nicht relevant war.

Allgemein eine gute Schule und guter Lehrgang mit super guter Lehrkraft, am Informationsfluss kann noch gearbeitet werden. Auf Bedürfnisse der Schüler lieber von Anfang an eingehen und transparent sein.

Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich Nachhilfeunterricht in der SWS nehmen konnte. Ich konnte in dieser kurzen Zeit sehr viel lernen, da ich auch eine sehr gute Lehperson hatte (Luca Di Giusto), die mir den Stoff sehr gut vermitteln konnte.
