Salary increase after completion of the "HR Manager / Head of Human Resources" course
According to data from the Federal Statistical Office, the average salaries of heads of human resources throughout Switzerland, depending on sector, region and company size, are as followsbetween 25% and 60% higherthan the corresponding salaries of HR specialists with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education.

Financial benefits of continuing education, further training Head of Human Resources
As an HR Business Partner, Melita will receive CHF 5,485 more per month than before thanks to her Head of Human Resources diploma and will therefore have at least CHF 2.36 million more at her disposal by the time she retires than if she had not completed this continuing education, Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE).
